报告2例皮脂腺痣并发色素性毛母细胞瘤。患者分别为40岁和38岁中年男性,临床均表现为出生时即有头、面部蜡样斑块,青春期后在其基础上出现色素性肿块。皮损组织病理检查:表皮大致正常,真皮下可见边界清楚无包膜的结节,肿瘤细胞呈基底细胞样,肿瘤内及周围见大量黑素沉着。2例均诊断为皮脂腺痣并发色素性毛母细胞瘤。 Report of 2 cases of sebaceous gland neoplasia pigmented hair blast cell tumor. Patients were 40-year-old and 38-year-old middle-aged men, respectively, the clinical manifestations are born at the head, facial wax-like plaques, pigmentation on their basis after puberty. Skin lesions histological examination: the epidermis is generally normal, the dermis shows a clear boundary without enveloping nodules, tumor cells were basal-like, see a large number of melanocytes in and around the tumor. 2 cases were diagnosed as sebaceous glands neoplasia pigmented hair blast cell tumor.
