为开发适用于轮船离心泵叶片的优质钢种,兼顾其强韧性、耐磨蚀性和可焊性要求,研制了低碳、高硅含量的新型高强耐磨铸钢NMZ1,并优化了其热处理工艺。显微分析与力学性能试验结果表明,NMZ1耐磨钢经分级淬火(1000℃完全奥氏体化,油淬5s至350℃保温1.5h后空冷至室温)处理后,组织为均匀细密的针状贝氏体和马氏体混合组织,其硬度、拉伸强度和冲击韧性均较高,综合力学性能良好。
