目的研究不同功率下高频电流对根管内粪肠球菌的灭菌作用,以期探讨高频电流是否适用于根管内杀灭粪肠球菌及适宜的高频电流功率数值,为下一步临床应用提供实验依据和打下一定的研究基础。方法选取离体单根管前磨牙共60颗,分成对照组和5个实验组,实验组分别为氢氧化钙组、高频电流5W组、10W组、15W组、20W组,每组10颗牙齿。所有牙齿去除牙冠保留牙根长度15mm,去除牙髓,扩通根管至40号。对照组根管内接种菌液4微升后不做任何处理,用无菌纸尖将其吸出。实验组根管内接种菌液4微升后,氢氧化钙组封药尖消毒1周,取出药尖,再向根管内加生理盐水,用无菌纸尖将其吸出。高频电刀组分别用高频电流5W、10W、15W、20W功率进行灭菌处理,再向根管内加生理盐水,用无菌纸尖将其吸出,所有纸尖分别溶于1ml生理盐水后,振荡均匀,取溶有粪肠球菌的生理盐水进行平板计数,24h后,计数菌落形成单位。结果对照组与所有实验组比较,P<0·01,所有实验组菌落计数结果与对照组均有差异。氢氧化钙组与5W组比较,P>0·05,菌落计数结果无差异。氢氧化钙组与10W、15W组、20W组比较,P<0·01,菌落计数结果均有差异。结论氢氧化钙和不同功率的高频电流对根管内粪肠球菌均有较好的杀灭作用。在功率10W、15W、20W时,高频电流对根管内粪肠球菌的灭菌效果优于氢氧化钙。高频电流的功率与灭菌效果成正比,随着功率的增加,灭菌效果明显增加。在20W时几乎可完全杀灭粪肠球菌。

Results The control group and all experimental groups, P <0.01, the colony count results of all experimental groups were different from the control group. Calcium hydroxide group and 5W group, P> 0.05, no difference in colony count results. Calcium hydroxide group and 10W, 15W group, 20W group, P <0.01, the colony count results are different. Conclusion Calcium hydroxide and high-frequency current with different powers have a good killing effect on Enterococcus faecalis in the root canal. At the power of 10W, 15W, 20W, high-frequency current sterilization of root canal Enterococcus faecalis is better than calcium hydroxide. High-frequency current power and sterilization effect is proportional to the power increases, the sterilization effect increased significantly. Enterococcus faecalis is almost completely killed at 20W.
