本文利用在转子简化平面上预加配重的方法,通过数学推导,找出动不平衡力矢量与其角向位置之间的函数关系,简化了动平衡机的设计,提高了动平衡机的精度。
In this paper, the method of pre-adding weight to the rotor simplified plane is used to find out the functional relationship between the dynamic unbalance force vector and its angular position through mathematical derivation, which simplifies the design of the dynamic balancing machine and improves the accuracy of the dynamic balancing machine.
