经过半年多的积极、认真的筹备,中国电视艺术家协会第二次全国代表大会1996年11月28日在北京隆重开幕。来自全国各地的二百五十多名电视艺术界的代表相聚祖国首都,参加了这一盛会。本次大会是在党的十四届六中全会胜利闭幕、将社会主义精神文明建设全面推向前进的形势下召开的。大会的主要议程是:讨论并通过中国视协第一届理事会提交给第二次全国代表大会的工作 After more than six months of active and serious preparations, the Second National Congress of China Television Artists Association was grandly opened in Beijing on November 28, 1996. More than 250 representatives from the television art circles from all over the country gathered in the capital of the motherland and attended the event. This congress was held under the circumstances of the successful conclusion of the 6th Plenary Session of the 14th CPC Central Committee and the all-round advancement of the socialist spiritual civilization construction.
