In order to further implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s series of important speeches, plan the creation work of stage art in our province and promote the creation and production of stage art works. The work conference of art creation in 2015 was held in the Department of Culture of Heilongjiang Province from August 6 to August 7 .
