对鲜食枣(Ziziphus jujube Mill.)果实生长发育时期根系微量元素含量的变化规律进行研究。结果表明:粗根中锰元素含量为先上升后下降;铜、锌元素含量的变化大体一致,呈前期下降后期上升的趋势;铁呈先上升后下降再上升的变化。须根中铁元素含量变化趋势和粗根含量相似,铜、锰元素总体变化趋势是含量前期上升后期下降,锌元素含量变化前期下降后期上升。明确了在枣树体的生长发育时期根部微量元素含量的变化规律,为枣树合理施用微量元素提供理论依据。
The changes of trace element contents in roots of Ziziphus jujube Mill. During fruit growth and development were studied. The results showed that the content of manganese in root increased first and then decreased; the content of copper and zinc changed roughly in the same period, decreased in the last period and then increased; the content of iron increased first and then decreased and then increased. The trend of elemental iron content in the fibrous roots is similar to that of the crude root elements. The general trend of the copper and manganese elements is that the content decreases in the early prophase, the content of zinc decreases in the early prophase and then increases. The changes of trace element contents in the root of jujube tree during its growth and development were clarified, which provided the theoretical basis for the rational application of trace elements in jujube tree.
