目的:研究无牙颌患者的咬合力与肌电值间的变化关系。方法:选择15名颌关系正常的无牙颌患者,控制咬合力在10,20,30,40N状态下,测定了相对应的颞肌前束、嚼肌的肌电值.结果:在相同咬合力作用下,无牙颌患者左右侧肌电值间无统计学差异,无牙颌患者的咀嚼肌肌电值随着咬合力增加而增大,两者间呈非常显著性差异,并存在非常显著的正相关关系。结论:无牙颌患者的咬合力与咀嚼肌肌电活动有密切关系,其变化规律与天然牙列者相似。
Objective: To study the relationship between occlusal force and myoelectricity in edentulous patients. Methods: Fifteen edentulous patients with normal jaws were selected to control the myoelectrical value of the anterior temporal fascia and chewing muscle under the control of 10,20,30,40 N occlusion force. Results: Under the same occlusal force, there was no significant difference between the left and right myoelectric values of edentulous patients. The EMG of masticatory muscles of edentulous patients increased with the increase of occlusal force, and the difference was significant Differences, and there is a very significant positive correlation.
