在人们生活水平不断提高的背景下,人们对生活品质提出了更高要求。而矿泉水则因为天然与健康被人们广泛接受,市场需求推动了矿泉水企业的发展。然而从矿泉水生产企业内部质量控制实验室建设上来看,其质量检验能力偏低,检验员所具备的业务技能水平无法满足产品质量控制的目的。基于此,采取实样检测与试卷书面考试两种形式,对矿泉水生产企业实验室检验员进行考核,依据考核状况综合分析其存在的现实性问题。
In the context of continuous improvement of people’s living standards, people have put forward higher requirements on the quality of life. The mineral water because of natural and health is widely accepted by people, the market demand to promote the development of mineral water enterprises. However, from the point of view of the construction of internal quality control laboratory of mineral water production enterprises, its quality inspection capability is low and the level of business skills of inspectors can not meet the purpose of product quality control. Based on this, take real samples and papers written examination in two forms, laboratory examiners mineral water production enterprises assessment, based on the status of the assessment of a comprehensive analysis of its existing problems.
