目的通过使用基因芯片技术对结核性脓胸坏死物标本进行耐药性检测并指导治疗。方法留取患者坏死物标本,通过基因芯片技术进行结核分枝杆菌检测及耐药性分析,指导抗结核治疗并观察其疗效。结果对海河医院2015年3月~2016年4月治疗的60例结核性脓胸患者进行坏死物标本检测,其中阳性病例53例,耐药病例7例,通过调整抗结核治疗方案,取得了良好的临床效果。结论使用基因芯片法进行结核菌检测及耐药性分析快速准确,指导抗结核治疗临床效果显著。
Objective To detect and guide the treatment of tuberculosis destructive necrosis specimens by using gene chip technology. Methods The specimens of patients with necrosis were collected and tested for Mycobacterium tuberculosis and drug resistance by gene chip technology to guide the anti-TB treatment and observe its curative effect. Results Sixty cases of tuberculous empyema treated in Haihe Hospital between March 2015 and April 2016 were examined for necrotic specimens, of which 53 cases were positive and 7 cases were drug resistant. By adjusting the anti-TB treatment, good results were obtained The clinical effect. Conclusion The detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and drug resistance analysis using gene chip method is rapid and accurate, and the clinical effect of anti-TB therapy is significant.
