目的:观察雷公藤多苷对佐剂性关节炎(AA)大鼠灌服血生化指标的影响。方法:80只SD;;雄性大鼠随机分为正常组和模型组,正常组和模型组分别分为低、中、高剂量组和空白对照组,共8组,每组10只;依次灌服雷公藤多苷7mg/kg、70mg/kg、105mg/kg 3个剂量,每天1次,连续2周;末次给药24h后取血,检测ALT、AST、ALP、GGT、BUN、TP、T-BIL、CRE、TG和GLU。结果:与正常低剂量组比较,模型低剂量组AST的数值降低;模型中剂量组与正常中剂量组相比,ALP数值降低;模型高剂量组与正常高剂量组比较,ALP数值降低。结论:雷公藤多苷对正常大鼠肝生化指标的影响高于AA大鼠。
Objective: To observe the effects of tripterygium wilfordii glycosides on blood biochemical parameters in adjuvant arthritis (AA) rats. Methods: Eighty SD rats were randomly divided into normal group and model group. The normal group and model group were divided into low, medium and high dose groups and blank control group, The three doses of tripterygium glycosides 7mg / kg, 70mg / kg and 105mg / kg were given once a day for 2 weeks. After the last administration, the blood samples were taken for ALT, AST, ALP, GGT, BUN, TP and T -BIL, CRE, TG and GLU. Results: Compared with the normal low-dose group, the values of AST in the low-dose group decreased; the ALP value decreased in the model dose group compared with the normal middle dose group; the ALP value decreased in the model high-dose group and the normal high-dose group. Conclusion: The effect of tripterygium glycosides on liver biochemical parameters in normal rats is higher than that in AA rats.
