近年来,江苏省仪征市总工会推进基层工会“家文化”建设,创造出了一批具有仪征工会特色的工作品牌。2015年开始,仪征市总工会在全市基层工会中全面推进“家文化”建设。“家文化”建设就是将模范职工之家细分为创新之家、规范之家、文体之家、安全之家、温暖之家、民主之家等6个家,并制定相应的标准。鼓励全市基层工会对照6个家建设的标准,结合自身实际创建其中的1个或多个,打造自身的工作品牌,并以此为抓手全面推进模范职工之家建设。
In recent years, Jiangsu Yizheng City Federation of Trade Unions promote the grass-roots trade unions “home culture ” construction, created a group of Yizheng trade union characteristics of the work brand.
