作者采用实验力学方法,模拟吸吮,探讨自体间断真空度根管引流术的流体力学原理。结果发现:由于根管两端管径相差悬殊,根尖孔产生的高速气流冲击,吸引根尖液,可引流低于根尖孔的液体;另一方面,开髓孔低速气流不易将口腔内唾液、渗出物重新带入根尖腔。伯努力方程等流体力学理论可以解释上述现象。
The authors used experimental mechanics to simulate sucking and discussed the fluid mechanics of root canal drainage with intermittent vacuum. The results showed that: due to the great difference between the diameters of the two ends of the root canal, the high-speed airflow generated by the apical foramen impacted and attracted the apical fluid, which can drain the fluid below the apical foramen. On the other hand, Saliva, exudate re-introduced into the apical cavity. Fluid mechanics theory such as Bernoulli equation can explain the above phenomenon.
