以前,汽车主传动器主动齿轮圆锥滚子轴承的预紧度都是用平垫圈(见图1中的6)调整的。目前,在轿车和轻型载重车中,国外对这个轴承的调整很多采用了挠性套(见图2中的5)。所谓挠性套就是对冷拔的优质碳素无缝钢管(含碳量为0.15~0.35%)经压缩为适当的形状(如腰鼓形)而成。通过在上海牌SH771型轿车的主传动器和后轮中采用挠性套,我们体会到它具有许多优点。现将有关材料整理出来,供设计和保修人员参考。
In the past, the preload of the main gear drive gear tapered roller bearings of the car was adjusted with flat washers (see 6 in Figure 1). At present, in the sedan and light-duty trucks, many foreign countries to adjust the bearing flexible sleeve (see Figure 2, 5). The so-called flexible sleeve is the cold-drawn high-quality carbon seamless steel pipe (carbon content of 0.15 to 0.35%) is compressed into the appropriate shape (such as drum-shaped) made. Through the use of a flexible sleeve in the main drive and rear wheels of the Shanghai SH71 sedan, we realize that it has many advantages. The relevant materials are now sorted out for design and warranty personnel.
