弹指一挥六十年。新中国水利事业经过了一个甲子的沧桑巨变,已告别2009,迈进崭新的2010年。回眸2009,我国经历了进入新世纪以来经济发展最为困难也最为关键的一年。面对国际金融危机带来的严峻挑战,党中央、国务院科学判断形势,果断决策,采取了应对国际金融危机的一揽子计划及相关政策措施。党中央、国务院把加快水利基础设施建设作为扩大内需、促进经济平稳较快增长的重要领域,对水利工作提出了新要求,胡锦涛总书记、温家宝总理多次作出重要指示。
Fingertips sixty years. New China’s water conservancy project has undergone a tremendous change in Jia Zi, has bid farewell to 2009, into the new 2010. Looking back on 2009, our country experienced the most difficult and most crucial year for economic development since it entered the new century. Faced with the harsh challenges brought about by the international financial crisis, the Party Central Committee and the State Council scientifically judged the situation and made decisive decisions and adopted a package plan and related policies and measures to cope with the global financial crisis. The CPC Central Committee and the State Council have made speeding up the construction of water conservancy infrastructure an important area for expanding domestic demand and promoting steady and rapid economic growth, putting forward new requirements for water conservancy work. General Secretary Hu Jintao and Premier Wen Jiabao have repeatedly given important directives.
