本文通过对现时期高校学生思想政治工作的现状进行回顾与分析,查找出影响高校学生思想政治工作实效性的限制因素,提出了解决的办法:增强学生思想政治工作系统性、重视校外大环境对学生的影响、优化辅导员队伍组成、建立疏导为主的教育观念、关注学生心理健康。
