作者研究根尖周炎和牙髓炎的病原菌,检查各型根尖周炎加重期20例,慢性牙髓炎19例,病人年龄18~63岁。利用捲在根管探针或拔髓针上的无菌棉拴取根管内容物,在治疗椅旁立即放入培养厌氧菌的半液状培养基内,同时在2个富有血琼脂的培养皿内培养,1个放在恒温器内37℃培养需氧菌,另1个放在厌氧菌培养器,抽出空气并在器内充满氢、氮和二氧化碳混合气体;为结合剩余氧,利用钯催化剂或硷-焦性没食子酚混合物。根据培养物的形态学特点和生化性质,鉴定分离出的厌氧菌,用常法确定兼性厌氧菌种的属性。研究结果根尖周炎20例,根管内容物在厌氧条件下有细菌生长18例,需氧条件下有细菌生长只6例。共分离出37个菌株,其中非梭形芽胞杆菌属厌氧菌29株,兼性厌氧菌8株。厌氧菌:消化链球菌11株,胨球菌6株,梭菌6株,厌氧杆菌5株,韦永氏球菌2株。
