我厂生产的合金工具钢(CrwMn,CrMn,9SiCr等)自采用超声波探伤检验以来合格率很低,尤其是一轧材合格率更低,仅80年10月~81年5月探伤由610Kg锭轧成≥100元钢材16批(只探伤供军工厂使用的钢材)就有10批有严重伤波,其波型类似白点的伤波,波峰清晰而尖锐,脉冲数量也多(图1)。但这些钢材经正规物理检验却没发现严重问题,只是在断口上有疏松
