人才资源是当今时代发展的原动力,企业间的竞争已经演化成人才间的竞争。这要求人力资源工作围绕鉴别人才、网罗人才、激励人才、留住人才等核心内容,与时俱进,走创新型的路子。人力资源工作要在制度化、规范化的基础上,融入人性化的管理色彩,进行理念创新、制度创新、组织创新、方法创新和角色创新。探讨和认识企业人力资源管理这一企业管理的课题,有助于把握人力资源面临的形势、要求,认清问题,提出解决方案,促进企业和谐、稳定和持续发展。
Talent resources are the driving force behind the development of the times, and competition among enterprises has evolved into a competition among talents. This requires human resources work around the identification of qualified personnel, recruiting talent, motivating people, retain talent and other core content, advance with the times and take innovative ways.
