基于对世界科技园区发展形态的考察和总结,本文指出了科技园区正面临着向创新社区方向转型和发展的趋势,以社区实践理论为基础解析了创新社区的形态功能以及自组织学习和创造新知识的机制机理。立足于向创新社区的转型发展,本文进一步分析了我国高新区的具体做法和实践经验,并根据对创新社区的理论认识,对我国高新区积极构建创新社区提出了政策建议。
Based on the investigation and summary of the development patterns of the world’s science and technology parks, this paper points out that the science and technology parks are facing the trend of transformation and development to the direction of innovative communities. Based on the theory of community practice, this paper analyzes the morphological functions of innovative communities and self-organization learning and creation of new Mechanisms of knowledge. Based on the transformation and development of innovative communities, this paper further analyzes the concrete practices and practical experiences of high-tech zones in our country. Based on the theoretical understanding of innovative communities, this paper puts forward policy suggestions on actively constructing innovative communities in our high-tech zones.
