本期视点提示江泽民总书记在“5·3”重要讲话中强调指出,全党同志和全国上下一定要高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜,全面贯彻“三个代表”要求,努力开创建设有中国特色社会主义事业新局面。“三个代表”是我们党的立党之本、执政之基、力量之源,是加强和改进党的建设、推进我国社会主义制度自我完善和发展的强大理论武器。贯彻“三个代表”要求,关键在坚持与时俱进,核心在保持党的先进性,本质在坚持执政为民。学习贯彻江泽民总书记“5·31”讲话精神,我们联系实际,思考着这样一个问题:军队政治工作如何以“三个代表”为指导,开创新局面?在纪念建军75周年之际,我们推出以下两篇文章,目的是为了吸引更多的同志一起探讨这个重要课题。
This issue suggests that General Secretary Jiang Zemin emphasized in his important speech “May 3” that all comrades in the party and the whole country must hold high the great banner of Deng Xiaoping Theory and fully implement the requirements of the “three represents,” and strive to create a New Prospects for the Cause of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics. “The Three Represents ” is the party’s foundation of our party, the foundation of our ruling and the source of our strength. It is a powerful theoretical weapon for strengthening and improving party building and for promoting the self-improvement and development of our socialist system. To implement the requirements of the “three represents,” the key lies in adhering to keeping pace with the times, maintaining the advanced nature of the party at its core, and sticking to the principle of governing for the people. In studying and implementing General Secretary Jiang Zemin’s speech on May 31, we are in contact with reality and pondered the question of how military political work should be guided by “Three Represents ” to create a new situation. In commemorating the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China On the occasion, we launched the following two articles aimed at attracting more comrades to discuss this important issue together.
