本研究目标是向新建植的植物接种VA真菌 ,预期使失去生物活性的复垦区土壤基质迅速得以改良 ,从而促使复垦成功。研究内容包括 :复垦地新耕层中土著VA真菌菌种调查 ;为两个矿区筛选适生优势VA真菌菌株 ;田间接种技术与侵染率调查 ;接种VA真菌植物的增益效应研究 ;宿主植物根际土壤VA真菌繁殖能力研究。试险结果证实应用接种VA真菌技术 ,能够有效地改良复垦土壤基质和加速植物生长。
The aim of this study was to inoculate newly-established plants with VA fungi, which is expected to promptly improve soil matrices in reclamation areas that have lost their biological activity, thus contributing to reclamation success. The research contents include: investigation of indigenous VA fungi species in newly-cultivated land in reclamation; selection of VA-dominant fungal strains in two mining areas; investigation of field inoculation techniques and infection rate; gain effect of VA inoculation plants; Study on VA Fungal Reproduction Capacity in Rhizosphere Soil. The pilot results confirmed the application of inoculation VA fungi technology, can effectively improve the reclamation of soil matrix and accelerate plant growth.
