电子商务(E-COMMERCE或E-BUSINESS)单从字面上看的确容易给人以这样的印象:电子商务=电子化的贸易,即网上贸易。媒体热炒BtoC网上购物时的确是在专注于贸易,人们在谈论建立所谓BtoB的网络交易平台时涉及的也主要是网上贸易。业界大谈电子商务的瓶颈例如身份认证、交易安全、物流配送、在线支付等等,其着眼点也在交易过程。人们也大谈电子商务对中间商的挑战和冲击,这里,又把电子商务定位在交易中间环节……所有这些,给人一个强烈的印象——如果不称其为误导的话——那就是:电子商务=网上贸易! 但这的确有误导之嫌,虽然网上贸易无疑是电子商务的题中之意,二者划上等号却至少是片面的,会限制我们对电子商务的理解和应用。
E-commerce (E-COMMERCE or E-BUSINESS) A single literally makes it easy to get the impression that e-commerce = e-commerce, or online commerce. Media hype BtoC online shopping is indeed focused on trade, people are talking about the establishment of the so-called BtoB network trading platform involved mainly online trade. The industry talk about e-commerce bottlenecks such as identity authentication, transaction security, logistics and distribution, online payment, etc., its focus is also the transaction process. People are also talking about the challenges and the impact of e-commerce on middlemen, where again e-commerce positioning in the middle of the transaction ...... all of these, giving a strong impression - if not called it misleading - that is: E-commerce = online trading! However, this is indeed a misleading remark. Although online trading is undoubtedly the subject of e-commerce, the equalization of the two is at least one-sided and will limit our understanding and application of e-commerce.
