去年,有不少单位因生产需要,向我们提出鉴别磷共晶类别的要求,我们作了一些实验,但效果都不够理想。后来,我们去上海等地参观,学习了外地先进单位有关鉴别磷共晶的方法。回来后,根据我们自己的条件,又进一步对磷共晶的鉴别作了一些实验研研。最近,在我们收集到的试样的基础上,初步搞了一套各类磷共晶的金相图片。下面谈谈我们的一些体会,供各兄弟单位参考,有不当之处,请批评指正。磷共晶的分类可按其组成相、形态及分布情况来分类:从组成相看,可分为二元磷共晶(图1、2),三元磷共晶(图
Last year, many units requested for identification of phosphorus eutectic species for their production needs. We did some experiments but the results were not satisfactory. Later, we went to Shanghai and other places to visit and learn advanced foreign units to identify phosphorus eutectic method. Came back, according to our own conditions, and further identification of phosphorus eutectic made some experimental research. Recently, based on the samples we collected, we initially conducted a metallographic picture of all kinds of phosphorus eutectic. Here to talk about some of our experience for the reference of the fraternal units, there are inappropriate, please criticism correct. Phosphorus eutectic classification according to its composition, morphology and distribution to classify: From the composition phase, can be divided into binary phosphorus eutectic (Figure 1,2), ternary phosphorus eutectic (Figure
