[方法]采用盆栽法,测定不同剂量的氰草.莠去津在玉米播种后、1~2叶期、3~4叶期、5~6叶期喷施对玉米的形态和生理指标的影响。[结果]在同一剂量水平上,对玉米株高和鲜质量抑制程度及玉米叶绿素含量和蒸腾速率降低的高低程度依次为玉米5~6叶期、玉米1~2叶期、玉米3~4叶期。3种营养元素都能够不同程度的减轻氰草.莠去津对玉米的药害,对株高、鲜质量和叶绿素的效应大小顺序依次为葡萄糖、磷酸二氢钾、萘乙酸。氰草.莠去津以试验剂量作土壤封闭对玉米安全。[结论]30%氰草.莠去津悬浮剂在玉米田作土壤封闭处理和3~4叶期茎叶处理是安全的。
[Method] The potted method was used to determine the effects of different doses of Cyanobacteria on the morphological and physiological indexes of maize after spraying atrazine 1 ~ 2, 3 ~ 4, and 5 ~ 6 leaf stages . [Result] At the same dose level, the inhibition of plant height and fresh weight and the decrease of chlorophyll content and transpiration rate of maize were in the order of 5 ~ 6 leaves of corn, 1 ~ 2 leaves of corn and 3 ~ 4 leaves of corn period. The three kinds of nutritive elements all reduced the cyanobacteria to some extent.Atrazine on the phytotoxicity of corn, plant height, fresh weight and chlorophyll in order of glucose, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, naphthalene acetic acid. Cyanide Atrazine makes the soil closed to the corn safety at the test dose. [Conclusion] The 30% Cyanobacterium and Atrazine suspending agents were safe in soil closed treatment and 3 to 4 leaf stage stems and leaves treatment in corn field.
