人参皂苷Rb1是人参主要有效成分之一,对心脏作用广泛,可以调节心脏凋亡相关蛋白和mRNA,抑制心肌细胞凋亡,提高心肌细胞耐缺氧能力,减轻心肌细胞肥大,影响心肌细胞凋亡cTnI水平,调整蛋白激酶R样内质网激醇(PERK)通路,影响心肌细胞葡萄糖转运栽体-4,影响心肌细胞核因子-kB,通过多种途径提高心肌收缩力、抗心律失常、双向调节血管舒缩功能、维持缺氧心肌细胞存活等。未来仍需更有力、更确切的分子生物学机制证实人参皂苷Rb1对慢性心力衰竭的作用机制。
Ginsenoside Rb1 is one of the main active ingredients of ginseng.
