在雪花纷飞的冬季,当你走进河北省保定地区卫生学校中草药教研组的实验室时,可以看到琳琅满目的标本瓶中,五彩缤纷的花朵,栩栩如生的果实,一派叶绿花红春常在的景象。这就是该校教师吴玛琍荣获河北省1979年科技成果三等奖“长期保存中草药(植物)原色及形态”的研究成果。保存植物标本的完整、不发霉、不变色、不变质是一个比较复杂的问题。过去主要有两种方法。一是压制法,它的成本高,不能保持植物的原色和形态。比如一朵钟形花,一经压制就成了扁平的,失去原形。另一种是用FAA固定
In the snowy winter, when you walk into the laboratory of the Chinese herbal medicine teaching and research group of the Baoding district health school in Baoding, you can see the colorful flowers and lifelike fruits in the assortment of bottles.
