《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》要求:“学校在执行国家和地方课程的同时,应视当地社会、经济发展的具体情况,结合本校的传统、优势、学生的兴趣和需要,开发和选用适合本校的课程”。与国家课程开发注重基础性和统一性的特点相比较,校本课程开发策略充分尊重和满足广大师生以及学校教育环境的独特性和差异性。
The Outline of the Basic Education Curriculum Reform (Trial) requires that: “Schools should develop national and local courses, and at the same time, take into consideration the specific conditions of local society and economic development, and combine the school’s traditions, strengths, students’ interests and needs. Choose the appropriate course for your school.” Compared with the characteristics of national curriculum development focusing on basic and unity, the school-based curriculum development strategy fully respects and satisfies the uniqueness and diversity of teachers and students as well as the school education environment.
