打击犯罪是公安机关的主业,刑侦部门是打击犯罪的主力军。强化主业意识,不断提升打击刑事犯罪的能力和水平,确保经济社会和谐稳定,是摆在各级刑侦部门面前永恒的主题。近年来,河北省唐山市公安局紧紧围绕各级刑侦部门能否主动适应经济社会发展的客观要求,准确把握刑侦工作的规律和特点,按照全面、协调、可持续发展的基本要求,着力推进和改善刑侦工作;紧紧围绕能否在实际工作中找准并着力解决制约刑侦工作发展的体制性、机制性和保障性障碍,开展了一系列行之有效的探索,促进了各项刑侦工作的持续健康发展。
