怎样才能让学生在学习中主动思考,是我一直探索研究的问题。以往我常常采用启发式教学,努力将一些问题讲得妙趣横生、引人入胜,以此激发学生的好奇心,促使学生主动思考,但总有一些学生不愿参与其中。于是我就改变了提问的方式:“老师遇到困难了,谁能当小老师来教教我,看谁能成为一名合格的小老师,把我教会?”最初学生还能够主动用心地思考问题,积极踊跃地回答问题,但这种做法用过几次之后,效果也明显不如从前了。
