在全国老龄化社会进程逐步加快、城市养老机构容量有限、乡村旅游蓬勃发展等背景下,乡村养老度假在我国得到了快速发展。本文从经营者角度将乡村养老度假模式分为农户主体模式、农企合作模式、企业主体模式等三种。并认为我国乡村养老度假存在缺乏统一指导、基础设施尚不到位、缺乏政策保障等瓶颈,需要通过建立“乡村养老度假管委会”、完善村级基础设施、出台乡村养老度假相关政策等措施来促使其健康有序发展。
