目的:探索中职护理专业学生自主学习模式,提高学生自主学习意识和学习效果。方法:将4个教学班随机分为试验组(2个班)、对照组(2个班)。试验组采用学生自主学习的教学方式,对照组采用传统讲授式教学。一学年后,比较两组学生的学习态度和学习行为及学业成绩。结果:试验组学生的各项指标均优于对照组,学生自主学习意识和学习能力明显提高。结论:引导学生自主学习不仅能提高学生的学业成绩,而且还能培养学生良好的学习习惯和行为,有利于学生终生学习能力的培养。
Objective: To explore the independent study mode of secondary nursing students in secondary vocational school, to improve students’ self-learning awareness and learning effect. Methods: Four teaching classes were randomly divided into experimental group (2 classes) and control group (2 classes). The experimental group adopted the teaching method of students’ autonomous learning, while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method. After a year, students’ learning attitudes and learning behaviors and academic achievements were compared. Results: The experimental group of students indicators are better than the control group, students’ awareness of independent learning and learning ability improved significantly. Conclusion: To guide students to learn independently can not only improve students ’academic performance, but also develop students’ good learning habits and behavior, which is conducive to the cultivation of lifelong learning ability of students.
