随着市场经济的发展,人力资源开发与管理日益成为企业赢得竞争优势实现资产持续增殖的关键。人力资源绩效评估,作为一种对企业人力资源开发与管理部门工作绩效的评估活动,将日益重要。本文分析人力资源绩效评估的重要性,分析当前人力资源绩效评估的方法,提出其中的缺陷和不足,探讨有效地绩效评估方法。
With the development of market economy, the development and management of human resources are increasingly becoming the key for enterprises to gain competitive advantage and achieve sustained asset growth. Human resource performance appraisal, as an assessment of the work performance of human resources development and management departments, will become more and more important. This article analyzes the importance of human resource performance evaluation, analyzes the current human resource performance evaluation methods, puts forward the defects and shortcomings, and discusses the effective performance evaluation methods.
