IF钢冷轧退火板在制作汽车冲压件的过程中出现冲压开裂现象。对其进行化学成分、力学性能、显微组织作了分析。结果表明:IF钢冲压件开裂是由于其在冲压成形后,在二次加工使用过程中因受低温和冲击负荷加剧脆化而开裂,即产生了二次加工脆性现象;IF钢冲压件原板晶粒度不均匀及边部{110}<001>取向的存在,对IF钢的冲压性能不利。
IF steel cold-rolled annealed sheet in the production of automotive stamping parts stamping phenomenon. Its chemical composition, mechanical properties, microstructure were analyzed. The results show that the cracking of IF steel stamping is due to the secondary processing brittleness caused by the cracking of the IF steel stamping after it is formed by stamping and cracking due to the low temperature and impact load exacerbated by embrittlement during the secondary processing. Uneven grain size and the presence of the {110} <001> orientation at the edges adversely affect the punching properties of IF steels.
