Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is a common leukemia, more common in children, it is a serious threat to the patient’s life. The newly diagnosed ALL in our country is about 10,000 each year. In the past decade, despite the improvement of the remission rate and the increasing number of long-term survivors, 20% of patients still did not respond well to the same treatment. Thus to overcome leukemia has become a major problem in today’s world. More and more data show that chromosome research to explore the etiology, diagnosis, classification, treatment and prognosis of leukemia provide a scientific basis.
