乡镇企业中,常有固定资产实际已交付使用,但由于多种原因未结清造价而长期挂在“固定资产购建支出”帐户上,不能计提折旧和大修理基金的现象。对于这种情况,在实际工作中应尽量防止。对已发生的暂不能转入“固定资产”科目的实际已交付使用的固定资产,应予提和补提折旧及大修理基金。这样,既反映了固定资产的磨损程度,又使产品成本得到正确的核算。具体做法是:从已交付使用的下月起,按预算价逐月予提折旧和大修理基金。科目运用是借记“生
