[目的]筛选影响蜡蚧轮枝菌生长的营养因子,为该菌的开发生产提供科学依据。[方法]以固体基础培养基1 L水中20 g葡萄糖的含碳量(8.00 g/L)、2 g蛋白胨的含氮量(0.29 g/L)及少量无机盐为标准,用蔗糖等碳源及酵母膏等氮源分别取代基础培养基中的葡萄糖和蛋白胨。研究了固体培养基中不同碳、氮源对6株蜡蚧轮枝菌菌丝生长和产孢的影响。[结果]葡萄糖有利于V2、V4、V5和V6菌株的菌丝生长和产孢;可溶性淀粉为碳源时,V1和V3菌株的生物量和产孢量均很高;有机氮源酵母膏可大大提高各菌株的生物量及产孢量。[结论]葡萄糖与酵母膏组合是适合于多数供试蜡蚧轮枝菌菌株菌丝生长和产孢的碳氮源。
[Objective] The research aimed to screen the nutritional factors that affect the growth of Verticillium lecanii and provide a scientific basis for the development and production of the bacteria. [Result] Glucose was conducive to mycelial growth and sporulation of V2, V4, V5 and V6 strains. When soluble starch was carbon source, the biomass and sporulation of strains V1 and V3 were very high. Organic nitrogen source yeast extract could be Greatly improve the biomass of each strain and sporulation. [Conclusion] The combination of glucose and yeast extract was suitable for the growth and sporulation of most mycelium of Verticillium lecanii isolates.
