目的 :观察中药黄芪对治疗化疗后引起的白细胞降低的作用及与进口升白药惠而血的比较。方法 :全部病例均为我院 1997年 1月～ 2 0 0 0年 1月确诊为癌症需住院化疗的病人 ,随机分为两组 ,一组为黄芪 ,另一组为惠而血。结果 :两组均有升高白细胞作用 ,黄芪组较惠而血组起作用晚 2～ 3天 ,但维持升高后白细胞的时间较惠而血组明显延长 ,黄芪不但有升高白细胞作用 ,而且可提高心脏的抗缺氧能力 ,保持肾小球增加肾血流量 ,并可明显促进肝细胞合成白细胞 ,另具我国传统医学研究显示 ,黄芪具有扶正固本 ,补气升阳之作用。结论 :黄芪对治疗癌症病人化疗后引起的白细胞降低不失为一行之有效的药物
Objective : To observe the effect of Astragalus membranaceus on leukopenia induced by chemotherapy and compare it with that of imported leukoplakia. Methods: All cases were diagnosed in our hospital from January 1997 to January 2000. The patients were diagnosed as cancer requiring chemotherapy. They were randomly divided into two groups: one group was jaundice and the other group was treated with blood. RESULTS: Both groups had an effect of increasing leukocytes. Huangqi group had a 2 to 3 days later effect compared with Hui and blood group. However, the duration of maintenance of elevated leukocytes was significantly longer than that of Hui and blood group. Huangqi not only increased the effect of leukocytes, but also increased the number of white blood cells. And can improve the heart’s anti-anoxia ability, maintain renal glomerular increase in renal blood flow, and can significantly promote the synthesis of white blood cells in the liver, and other traditional Chinese medicine studies have shown that Astragalus has a righting roots, qi up sun’s role. Conclusion: Astragalus is an effective drug for treating leukopenia caused by chemotherapy in cancer patients.
