上前牙错位、阻生扭转畸形常影响美观.我们采用牙移植术,取得了良好效果,报道如下.资料与方法1.一般资料本组30例患者共30颗患牙,男12例,女18例.年龄7～24岁,平均年龄14.6岁.上颌单尖牙10颗,上颌中切牙16颗,上颌侧切牙4颗.30颗中错位萌出牙14颗,其中唇侧10颗,腭侧4颗,均与邻牙部分重叠;埋伏阻生牙10颗,其中垂直阻生5颗,倾斜阻生4颗,倒置阻生1颗,扭转牙6颗,扭转约90°～120°.牙根未完全形成17颗,牙根完全形成13颗,其中4颗根尖部弯曲.
