目的了解嘉兴市儿童计划免疫现状,接种率及影响管理质量有关因素。方法通过接种门诊金苗系统数据和现场儿童调查进行统计分析。结果嘉兴市满2周岁儿童五苗基础全程接种率为98.98%。满7周岁儿童加强免疫接种率除A+C流脑2外(本地儿童95.28%,流动儿童74.25%),其余均在97%以上;现场调查儿童建证率99.84%;在册建卡率97.58%;全市有79家接种门诊信息经电话核实为可信,7家不可信;接种门诊管理临时儿童质量较好的有61家(占70.93%),中等有15家(占17.44%),管理差的有10家(占11.63%)。结论通过优化免疫预防服务,健康宣传新模式,适宜本地流动儿童管理机制等综合措施,有效提高我市儿童接种率和接种门诊管理水平,促进现代化预防接种门诊建设的可持续发展。
Objective To understand the current status of immunization of children in Jiaxing City, the vaccination rate and the factors that affect the quality of management. Methods The data of outpatient vaccination system and field children’s survey were used for statistical analysis. Results Jiaxing full 2-year-old children full seedling coverage rate of 98.98%. The vaccination rate of children over 7 years of age was 97% higher than that of A + C meningitis 2 (95.28% for local children and 74.25% for floating children), and 99.84% for on-the-spot investigation. The rate of card-making was 97.58% ; There were 79 vaccination clinics in the whole city confirmed by telephone as credible and 7 as untrustworthy; 61 (70.93%) had better quality of temporary child immunization in outpatient clinics, 15 (17.44%) moderately poor management There are 10 (11.63%). Conclusion Through comprehensive measures such as optimizing immunoprophylaxis services, a new health promotion model, and a suitable local management mechanism for migrant children, the vaccination rate and inpatient clinics in our city are effectively improved to promote the sustainable development of modern vaccination clinics.
