采用自行改良的鼻泪管逆行植入硅胶管悬吊术治疗慢性泪囊炎，211例231眼随访1～5年，治愈192眼（83．11％）．有效25眼（10．82％），总有效率92．93％。随诊时间与疗效关系为P＞0．05无显著差异。作者认为手术简单，疗效肯定，有鼻腔泪囊吻合术禁忌或失败者可用该术式。
A total of 211 eyes (231 eyes) were followed up for 1 to 5 years and 192 eyes (83.11%) were cured with silicone tube suspension retrograde nasolacrimal duct implantation retrospectively. Effective 25 eyes (10.82%), the total effective rate 92.93%. Follow-up time and efficacy for the P> 0.05 no significant difference. The authors believe that surgery is simple, efficacy is positive, there are taboo or failure of nasal dacryocystorhinost surgery available.
