结合高校图书馆人力资源的现状,从基本任务、结构优化、强化奖惩等方面阐述了做好高校图书馆人力资源开发与管理,以适应现代信息社会的需要。
Combined with the status quo of human resources in university libraries, this paper elaborates the necessity of doing human resource development and management in university libraries in order to adapt to the modern information society from the aspects of basic tasks, structure optimization and rewards and punishments.
