采用自编问卷对1040名领导干部沟通能力进行问卷调查,结果表明:所编问卷信效度较好,领导干部的沟通能力主要包括倾听理解能力、说服能力、谈判技巧以及表达能力四个维度;领导干部的沟通能力在性别、工作年限、职级和工作性质等变量上存在差异,但在学历变量上差异不明显。在分析相关差异的基础上,本研究提出了自身修炼、以考代培、岗位交流以及按需培训等提升领导干部沟通能力的决策建议。
The questionnaire survey on the communication ability of 1040 leading cadres using self - made questionnaire shows that: the questionnaire has good validity and the leading cadres’ communication skills mainly include four dimensions: listening comprehension, persuasion, negotiating skills and expressing ability; There are differences in variables such as gender, length of service, rank and nature of work of leading cadres in communication skills, but there is no obvious difference in academic qualifications. Based on the analysis of relevant differences, this study puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the communication skills of leading cadres by taking self-cultivation as an example, examining and substituting training, post exchange and on-demand training.
