磺唑氨苄青霉素(Ⅰ)是一种新的半合成广谱抗生素,多用于静脉给药。本文采用高效液相色谱法测定了Ⅰ在水、磷酸盐缓冲液或静注用的其它组份(右旋葡萄糖、果糖和氯化钠)水溶液中的稳定性,分析结果表明本法重现性好,相对标准差为1.42%(n=6)。pH值约在4.8时稳定性最佳。本品在5%右旋葡萄糖溶液和0.9%氯化钠溶液中25℃时可稳定4天、5℃时36天、-10℃时60天。冷藏时,本品在5%果糖和10%右旋葡萄糖中与在5%右旋葡萄糖中一样稳定。实验条件:采用 ALC 202型液相仪。Schoeffel SF 77O型多波长检测器、记录仪、
Sulfotiazine Ampicillin (I) is a new semi-synthetic broad-spectrum antibiotic, used for intravenous administration. In this paper, the stability of Ⅰ in water, phosphate buffer solution or other intravenous (dextrose, fructose and sodium chloride) aqueous solution was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that this method was reproducible Well, the relative standard deviation was 1.42% (n = 6). The best stability is obtained at a pH of about 4.8.
