研究了用甲苯将3个不同产地的褐煤粗蜡脱去树脂成分,并对所得的脱脂蜡进行氧化精制的研究。采用正交试验设计方法考察第一次氧化时间、第二次氧化时间、氧化剂用量比例、酸用量比例对精制蜡颜色的影响,结果表明,酸用量比例对精制蜡颜色的影响达到显著水平,一次氧化时间、二次氧化时间和氧化剂用量比例影响不显著。优化工艺条件为:T_1为5h,T_2为3h,投料与氧化剂用量比例为1;2.8(m/m),投料与酸用量比例为1:5(m/V),在此条件下所得精制蜡颜色最浅,产率最高达83.5%。在最佳工艺条件下对3种脱脂蜡进行氧化对比研究,从蜡色上看,峨山精制蜡较白,接近昭通蜡,而寻甸蜡颜色微带黄色。对结果进行分析,寻甸蜡质相对而言较差,峨山蜡更具经济价值。
In this paper, we studied the removal of the resin components from the lignite crude wax from three different producing areas with toluene, and the oxidation and purification of the resulting dewaxed wax. The effects of the first oxidation time, the second oxidation time, the proportion of oxidant and the amount of acid on the color of refined wax were investigated by orthogonal experimental design. The results showed that the effect of the proportion of acid on the color of refined wax reached a significant level. Oxidation time, secondary oxidation time and the proportion of oxidant had no significant effect. The optimized process conditions were as follows: T_1 was 5h, T_2 was 3h, the ratio of feed to oxidant was 1; 2.8 (m / m), the ratio of feed to acid was 1: 5 The lightest color, yield up to 83.5%. Under the optimum process conditions, three types of waxes were oxidized and compared. From the perspective of wax color, Asan wax was whitener than that of Zhaotong wax while that of XUNDIAN wax was yellowish. The results of the analysis, Xundian wax relatively poor, Asan wax more economic value.
