人参(Panax Ginseng C.A.Mey)为多年生草本植物,属五加科,有“大补无气,强心固脱和安神生津” 的功效,中医临床常用作补气药。近几十年人参研究进展主要表现在:1.国内外采用组织培养方法生长人参已获初步成果;2.人参化学成份分离和结构鉴定取得突破。迄今发现,人参根(白参)中所含单体皂甙有15种,即人参皂甙(ginsenoside简称GS)-Ro,-Ra_1,-Ra_2,-Rb_1,-Rb_2,-Rb_3,-Rc,-Rd,-Re,-Rf,20-葡萄糖-Rf,-Rg_1,-Rg_2,-Rg_3,-Rh_1,
Ginseng (Panax Ginseng C.A.Mey) is a perennial herb belonging to Araliaceae. It has the effect of “invigorating vitality, strengthening the heart and securing nerves, and rejuvenating fluids.” TCM clinically is often used as a gasifying drug. The progress of ginseng research in recent decades is mainly manifested in: 1. The use of tissue culture methods to grow ginseng has achieved preliminary results at home and abroad; 2. A breakthrough has been made in the separation and identification of chemical constituents of ginseng.
