1997年 9月自青岛太平角潮间带采集角叉菜 ,采用不同的提取和降解方法 ,得到不同分子量的角叉菜多糖 ,利用其进行对小鼠肝癌H - 2 2的抗肿瘤实验。结果表明 ,用蒸馏水直接提取并用H2 O2 降解角叉菜多糖 ,所得样品的特性粘度与所加H2 O2 的量呈近似指数关系 ;分子量是影响角叉菜多糖抗肿瘤作用的重要因素。对于肝癌H - 2 2而言 ,角叉菜多糖分子量适当减小可使抑瘤率升高 ,但分子量太小又会使抑瘤率迅速降低 ,具有适中分子量的角叉菜多糖能保持高的抑瘤率。
In September 1997, Chondrus edodes was collected from the intertidal zone in Taipingjiao, Qingdao. Different methods of extraction and degradation were used to obtain polysaccharides of different molecular weights of carrageenan. The anti-tumor experiments of H-2 of liver cancer in mice were carried out. The results showed that, with distilled water directly extracted and H2O2 degraded carrageenan polysaccharide, the intrinsic viscosity of the obtained sample showed an approximate exponential relationship with the amount of H2O2 added; molecular weight was an important factor influencing the anti-tumor effect of carrageenan. For hepatocarcinoma H - 2 2 , the molecular weight of carrageenan polysaccharide can be appropriately reduced to increase the tumor inhibition rate, but the molecular weight is too small and the tumor inhibition rate can be rapidly reduced. The carrageen polysaccharide with moderate molecular weight can maintain high Inhibitory rate.
