1982年下期,我担任初130班(初中一年级)的班主任。这些13岁左右的孩子,是过了六年小学生活的。一般来说,小学生因班主任对他们管得严,管得多,管得具体细致,所以对老师有较大的依赖性。但进入中学后,心理上就发生了变化。他们忌讳别人还把自己当小孩看待,渐渐地爱自作主张,希望得到老师和同学的信任,在集体中发挥自己的才能。如果中学班主任,沿用小学班级管理方法,那么,虽然是好心好意,但会妨碍学生的心理发展,以致使他们中学毕业后,依然缺乏自治自理的能力,在智能性格等方
In the next period of 1982, I served as head teacher of the first 130 classes (first grade of junior high school). These 13-year-old children lived in primary school for six years. In general, primary school students are more dependent on their teachers because they are stricter and more in charge of their management. However, after entering middle school, the psychological changes have taken place. They are jealous of others who treat themselves as children and gradually love their own ideas, hoping to get the trust of their teachers and classmates and to use their talents in the collective.
