目的:观察研究2型糖尿病病人血浆胰岛素与真胰岛素水平改变对评价β细胞功能的意义。方法:采用酶联免疫法及其他方法对33例正常人和58例2型糖尿病病人测定OGTT、真胰岛素、胰岛素、C-肽等,并观察比较其间的变化。结果:正常人与病人真胰岛素均明显低于胰岛素(P<0.05),尤以病人餐后2小时降低更加明显(P=0.000704)。结论:临床常用的放射免疫法测定的免疫反应性胰岛素值明显高于酶联免疫法测定的真胰岛素值。真胰岛素检测能否正确评价β细胞功能,有待进一步探讨。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the significance of the changes of plasma insulin and true insulin in evaluating type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) function. Methods: The serum levels of OGTT, true insulin, insulin and C-peptide were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and other methods in 33 normal subjects and 58 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Results: True and true insulin were significantly lower than insulin (P <0.05), especially in patients 2 hours after meal decreased more significantly (P = 0.000704). CONCLUSION: Immunoreactive insulin measured by radioimmunoassay in clinical practice was significantly higher than true insulin measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. True insulin test can correctly evaluate the β-cell function, to be further explored.
