Second, see another newsletter in this issue. The third excerpt reads as follows: During the war of resistance against Japan, the National Chiao Tung University Aviation Department did not build wind tunnels. In Chongqing, it often borrowed wind tunnels from the Central University to experiment with students. After moving back to Shanghai, he made preparations in 1947 to order a wind tunnel construction test stand in the United States. For this purpose, Cao Hsun-Sun wrote a letter to Qian Xuesen, a classmate in the United States. Qian Qiansen, who was familiar with the matter, assisted Qian Xuesen in her active running for her alma mater at the time, but eventually the incident failed. However, National Chiao Tung University Aviation Department regretted that several years later by the National Chiao Tung University in Kazakhstan to get the new Chinese workers make up and shine. From 1953 to 1963, Ma Mingde and Yue Jiyi, two professors transferred by the National Chiao Tung University Department of Aviation, were responsible for the design and construction of wind tunnel clusters consisting of eight wind tunnels of different sizes from low speed to supersonic speed.
